Below is a curated collection of individual projects I created for Mascot Media, ranging from sales collateral to onboarding systems to national partnership visuals. Each project supported a different phase of the customer journey: awareness, activation, and strategic partnerships.
Schools interested in Mascot Media needed a clearer visual explanation of the implementation process. The previous experience caused confusion and slowed adoption. I developed a step-by-step visual “Roadmap to Success” that outlines the entire onboarding journey—from sales and activation to broadcasts, CMS training, and launch.
Mascot Media needed a bold, simple marketing piece that clearly communicated the value of consolidating schedules, scores, streaming, forms, messaging, and social media into one unified athletics platform. I created a high-impact promotional flyer emphasizing the platform’s all-in-one functionality using direct language, strong visual hierarchy, and a clear call to action.
Mascot Media sought to demonstrate partnership value to ABC Supply by illustrating how the company’s school network aligns with key contractor markets. I conducted demographic and location research, collected and validated ABC Supply store points, and overlaid them with Mascot Media’s school coverage and engagement heat map.
Mascot Media needed a clear way to communicate the value of becoming a Presenting Sponsor. I designed this flyer to demonstrate how branded broadcast pages and push notifications work together to deliver real-time engagement, direct calls-to-action, and measurable traffic to local businesses.
